We will be celebrating the release of the book "The Mothering Heights Manual for Motherhood Volume 1: What we wish we knew before becoming a short order cook, shuttle driver, laundress Mother," a ground breaking collection of essays by every day moms that tell it like it is. Edited by filmmaker and parenting columnist Christine Fugate, the book has been called a 'must-share, must-read book' by Coast Kids magazine. Essay authors and poets (and local moms) will read from the book at the event: Donna Hilbert, Regina Nervo, Tamara Madison, Barbara Eknoian, Leigh Leveen and Christine Fugate.

Wine and appetizers will be served. Books will be available for purchase and signing by the authors.
